Sport is an
activity for stretching muscles which are very important for everybody in
maintaining a body health, because if you don’t do some exercises, body will
have problem and unhealthy . in addition , not only train muscles, blood
circulation and oxygen in the body becomes smoot so that metabolism to be
optimal.
But in this
modern life , so many people forget the importance of sport and the worst is
they never doing exercise. Whereas it’s the cheapest way to healthy, it is not
difficult to do with amazing result. In addition, sport gives so many benefits for
the body such as increase endurance, when we
are doing exercise regularly. It will increase function of hormones in the
body, where these hormones can increase endurance. And then,it can increase the
brain function because when we exercise can accelerate blood flow to the brain
so it can improve concentration and creativity. This is exactly a role in
improving brain function. After that, sport can reduce the stress becauseendorphine
hormones that produce can make feeling happy. The last is exercise can Lowers Cholesterol,
When the body moving and
help the body burn calories to produce the energy for the body to work .
There are so
many benefits that are given , therefore, make a time to do exercise to keep
the body healthy and don’tforget to warm up properly so the body is not too
shock because sport activity .
